1. Product Overview

This series of large-scale steel truss adopts Q355B square steel tube as the main material (compliant with GB/T 1591-2018, ASTM A572 Gr50, EN 10025-2 standards). It is a lattice load-bearing steel structure formed by welding and bolt assembly.

3.2 Heat Treatment Properties of 45# Steel Joints

Joints are stress-concentrated areas, and quenched & tempered 45# steel is adopted (compliant with GB/T 699-2015, ASTM A108, EN 10083-1 standards) to match the stress requirement of Q355B base metal. Preheating before welding is applied to avoid cold cracks.

4. Connection Structure & Production Process


4.1 Structural Connection Form

The main beam adopts a single-piece welded structure with high bearing capacity and high transportation efficiency. It is designed with modular segments of 2m/3m/4m per section, suitable for long-distance transportation and rapid on-site erection, and can be transported in batches with material frames.

4.2 Full-Process Welding Control

Before welding: Preheat the material to 80–120℃ to eliminate the risk of cold cracks

During welding: Adopt segmented welding process to precisely control welding deformation

After welding: Release welding residual stress; all welds are polished and peened, with constant-temperature process for stress relief


5. Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment & Quality Inspection

⑴ Workpiece pretreatment: Grind and derust welds to remove welding slag and oxide scale; sandblasting treatment (roughness Ra 25–50μm), and spraying shall be completed within 4 hours after sandblasting to prevent rusting back.

⑵ Masking protection: Threaded holes, assembly mating surfaces and positioning datum surfaces are masked with high-temperature resistant silicone rubber plugs and polyester tape.

⑶ Electrostatic powder coating: Thin spray with multiple layers, 30–50μm per single layer

  • Indoor equipment: total dry film thickness 60–80μm

  • Outdoor equipment: total dry film thickness 80–120μm

  • Severe corrosion environment: total dry film thickness 120–160μm

  • For plate thickness >6mm, integral hot-dip galvanizing is optional (compliant with GB/T 13912), with average zinc layer thickness ≥85μm

⑷ High-temperature curing:

  • Pure polyester powder: cure at 180–190℃ for 15–20min

  • Epoxy powder: cure at 185–200℃ for 15–20min

⑸ Cooling: Natural cooling is preferred. For forced air cooling, clean dust-free airflow is required; rapid cooling is prohibited.

⑹ Finished product inspection (compliant with GB/T 25976):

  • Appearance: free of pinholes, bubbles, shrinkage cavities, sagging and missing spray defects

  • Film thickness: multi-point measurement with magnetic thickness gauge, meeting thickness requirements

  • Adhesion: cross-cut test (GB/T 9286) reaches grade ≥1

  • Anti-corrosion sampling: neutral salt spray test, indoor epoxy coating ≥500h, outdoor polyester coating ≥800–1000h

ER50-6 grade welding material is used for conventional scenarios; ER76S-G grade is adopted for trusses with 50-ton and above heavy load. For higher bearing scenarios, Q690 + 45# steel equal-strength matching scheme is available.


7. Steel Base System

The base adopts H-section steel + extension seat structure, with 45# steel as the main material, which greatly improves column stability and rollover resistance. It is equipped with a large-area bottom plate to expand the stress area, suitable for outdoor unhardened ground scenarios.

Transmission structure: Servo motor + driver + high-precision lead screw, with strong bearing capacity

Control system: PLC control, supports multi-channel customization, standard 3m motor cable (extendable)

Synchronization performance: Standard stroke 0–1100mm, multi-unit synchronous lifting, speed error ≤2mm

Matching logic: Electric cylinder specification is positively correlated with truss bearing capacity

Service life: About 5 million reciprocating cycles, varying slightly with usage frequency
