The 15T system has relatively heavy components. Forklift is required for component transfer during installation, and it is recommended to improve erection efficiency and ensure construction safety.
Aluminum alloy beams are preferred for projects focusing on lightweight roofing and conventional lighting & audio to reduce weight. For projects mounting heavy LED screens and complex hanging equipment, Q355B steel beams are recommended to ensure load-bearing safety.
The main structure can be completed within 1-2 days with 4-6 skilled workers and 1 forklift. The specific cycle varies with span, height and complexity of auxiliary facilities.
