The WTC Steel Truss Speaker Tower is a self-climbing modular truss column erection system independently developed by WORLD TRUSS COMPANY. Custom-developed for section-by-section heightening and installation of steel truss columns, it completely removes reliance on large hoisting equipment. It delivers all-round upgrades in structural design, operation mode and safety protection to achieve efficient, safe and low-cost column erection. The product series includes multiple load specifications: 5T, 15T, 30T Standard and 30T Heavy-Duty. Columns are made of high-strength Q355B steel pipe, equipped with PLC synchronous electric lifting control system with synchronization accuracy up to 0.1mm. It is widely used for lightweight roofing of small & medium events, heavy-load stage projects and erection of super-large bearing trusses.

The standard stroke of the electric cylinder is 1000mm, and the hanging height of speakers can be flexibly adjusted according to on-site acoustic demands.
The product adapts to conventional civil power supply, with a rated voltage of 220V and a total rated power of 750W.
Core accessories include single-piece steel trusses, channel steel base, channel steel hanger, hanger base, electric cylinder and counterweight module.
A single-piece steel truss measures 610×60×1000mm, and multiple pieces can be spliced to fit different tower height requirements.
The channel steel base measures 1500×1500×160mm. Its large base area expands the stress range, and greatly improves the overall landing stability and wind resistance of the tower.
The product has obtained ISO quality management system certification and CE EU safety certification, with quality and safety performance complying with international industrial standards.
The counterweight module balances the tilting moment generated during speaker suspension, offsets lateral force, prevents tower overturning and ensures the safety and stability of the whole structure.
The product adopts a modular splicing design. Single-piece trusses are detachable for efficient on-site assembly; the compact volume after disassembly facilitates road transportation and warehouse storage.
It is mainly designed for professional line array speakers. The hanging scheme can be adjusted according to speaker size and weight, and it is widely compatible with performance-grade line array speakers of mainstream brands.
