Project Key Points & Challenges

1. Long-span structural requirement: The stage roof is designed with a wide triangular sloped profile. The truss supports a large 3D thematic logo, numerous colourful artistic decorative components and a full set of professional stage lighting fixtures, with multiple load points distributed unevenly.

2. Dual-scenario application: The venue hosts an official opening ceremony by day and high-intensity music festival performances by night. The truss system carries a large quantity of moving head lights and triple LED screens for synchronous live playback to meet complex lighting rendering requirements for night shows.

3. Outdoor environmental constraints: As an open-air site in a tropical climate, the truss must deliver excellent wind resistance. Given the massive audience capacity, high safety redundancy of the structure is mandatory.

4. Visual integration requirement: The overall stage adopts a vibrant bohemian style. The truss needs to blend seamlessly into the stage design. While ensuring structural integrity and load compliance, truss layout and shaping shall match the stage aesthetic concept to avoid obtrusive steelwork, achieving a balance between structural safety and stage visual effect.
