The core difference lies in structure and capacity: the heavy-duty system adopts 100×100×8mm main tube, 28m recommended height and larger span support, designed for extreme ultra-high & ultra-large-span heavy-load projects; the conventional system adopts 80×80×6mm main tube with 24m recommended height for regular large heavy-load projects.
28m is the recommended safe working height, with rigorously verified structural strength and wind resistance. Height beyond this requires special structural design and safety assessment, and arbitrary heightening is not allowed.
A team of 6-8 skilled workers is recommended, cooperating with 1 forklift for component transfer and assembly. 3-phase 380V industrial power supply is also required for the lifting system.
Various roofing styles like arc roof and gable roof are supported. Beams and roofing structures can be customized according to project modeling needs, meeting diversified visual design needs of extra-large events.
