Heavy-Duty Steel Structure, Suitable for Working Heights up to 24 Meters
The standard 30-ton single mast unit features a rated load capacity of 30 tons with a recommended working height of 24 m. It fully meets the load and height requirements of large commercial live events, supersized exhibition tents, large roof systems and other heavy-load projects.
The entire system is constructed from Q355B steel, with steel masts and cross beams. Compared with aluminium beam assemblies, it delivers superior overall rigidity, wind resistance and eccentric load resistance, capable of stably supporting heavy stage machinery, large LED screens, heavy roof structures and other high-tonnage loads.
Main mast tube: 80×80×6 mm square tube; single mast section dimension: 1000×80 mm. Standard segmented design balances structural integrity and fast on-site assembly.
Matching single-row cross truss: 1800×100 mm width, main chord 100×100×8 mm, diagonal tube 80×80×6 mm. Triangular truss geometry guarantees structural stability under heavy loads.

This unit adopts the proven unified control configuration across the full product line, equipped with a PLC synchronous control system.
Lifting speed: constant 50 mm/s
Synchronization accuracy: up to 0.1 mm Multiple masts maintain consistent height during coordinated operation, eliminating risks of structural distortion caused by eccentric loads via electrical control.
The electric cylinder has an effective stroke of 1100 mm. Paired with dedicated rotary lifting lugs, it enables reliable self-climbing erection with mechanical auxiliary support throughout the lifting cycle for smooth, controllable operation.
The heavy-duty base measures 2000×2000×500 mm with a self-weight of 612 kg. Its oversized contact area and box-type heavy base deliver ample anti-overturning stability for 24 m tall heavy-load masts. The system comes standard with forklift compatibility. All components adopt modular segmented design for bulk stacking and containerized shipping, drastically cutting long-distance logistics and on-site transfer costs.
