Fully Reinforced Structure for Super High Working Heights & Heavy Loads
This 30 ton heavy-duty model retains a rated single-mast load capacity of 30 tons, with an upgraded recommended working height of 28 m and a maximum recommended span of 40 m. It meets the extreme requirements of large stadium concerts, ultra-high temporary structures, special heavy-load rigging and other demanding applications.
All structural specifications are comprehensively upgraded from the standard version. The entire system is fabricated from Q355B structural steel. The main mast tube adopts heavy-wall 80×80×6 mm square tubing; the enlarged cross-section and thicker wall deliver superior bending resistance and wind load performance. Each segmented mast section measures 1000×80 mm. The standard segmented design balances structural rigidity and fast on-site assembly.
Matching cross beams consist of 2000×1000 mm wide single-row trusses with 100×100×8 mm main chords and 80×80×6 mm diagonal tubes. The triangular force-bearing truss geometry maintains structural stability under heavy loads, supporting complex heavy equipment mounting and roof loads while reliably resisting wind and dynamic loads at extreme heights.

Dual Electronic & Mechanical Safeguards for Superior High-Altitude Safety
Safety is the top priority for ultra-high heavy-load applications. This 30 ton heavy-duty model integrates a dual safety system covering both electric control and mechanical protection:
Electronic control: Equipped with a high-precision PLC synchronous control system that maintains a constant lifting speed of 50 mm/s and synchronization accuracy of 0.1 mm. Multiple masts operate in perfect unison during ultra-high lifting, eliminating concentrated structural stress caused by asynchronous movement.
Mechanical protection: Reinforced rotary lifting lugs provide physical anti-fall backup. Mechanical support bears the load throughout the entire lifting stroke to eliminate the risk of sudden drops at elevated heights.
The heavy-duty base remains sized 2000×2000×500 mm with a self-weight of 612 kg. Paired with the upgraded mast structure, it delivers sufficient anti-overturning stability even at a working height of 28 m. The system comes standard with forklift compatibility. Modular split components enable disassembled transportation to resolve logistics and site access challenges for oversized parts.

Core Advantages: Professional Solution for Extreme Working Conditions
Dual compliance for ultra-high heights and heavy loads With a design load capacity of 80 tons, 28 m recommended height and 40 m recommended span, it breaks the height limit of conventional heavy-load equipment and satisfies special applications such as stadium events and ultra-high temporary buildings.
Maximized structural strength Fully constructed from large-size thick-walled Q355B steel, with reinforced masts, cross chords and diagonal tubes for drastically improved wind resistance, eccentric load resistance and anti-overturning performance.
Greatly reduced overall costs Eliminates the need for extra-large mobile cranes to cut substantial crane rental fees. Modular erection shortens construction schedules and lowers safety management costs for high-altitude work.
Fully controllable construction process Self-climbing incremental erection is primarily ground-based, minimizing high-altitude working hours and personnel hazards for easier progress and safety supervision.
