01 Material of truss

VT5 dome tents mainly use galvanized steel pipe Q235 as the truss material. It has the advantages of strong adhesion, strong corrosion resistance and long service life. Of course, this type of galvanized steel pipe not only has a bright color, but also has the hardness and thickness, which met with the international standards.

02 Material of Tent

Select PVC polyvinyl chloride coated polyester fabric as the cover of VT5 dome tent, mainly using two kinds of PVC materials. One is the white double-coated PVC with a density of 850 g/m², which has features of good tension and elasticity, strong tear resistance, stretch resistance, heat insulation, waterproof, fireproof, flame retardant and UV resistance, etc. The other is translucent white PVC with a density of 650 g/m². In addition to the advantages mentioned in double-coated PVC, it also has light transmission, wear resistance and better flexibility.

03 Aluminum glass door

At the entrance of the VT5 dome tent, is used an aluminum glass door, which is lighter in material and has the characteristics of outdoor waterproof, good airtightness, and beautiful color.
