Congratulations on Passing the HT44 Bearing Test for Intellectual Truss!

On November 18, 2021, TÜV SÜD conducted the annual test and factory inspection of truss products for WTC, the subsidiary of Golden Sea.
TÜV SÜD is an authoritative third-party certification and testing organization in Germany with a history of 150 years. It is also one of the largest and oldest TÜV inspection organizations in the world.

Adhering to quality first's concept, WTC has maintained close cooperation with TÜV SÜD for nearly ten years. WTC has been certified the welding system EN-1090:2015, and the TÜV Mark certificate for individual products. With the authoritative certification and excellent product quality, our truss: F32, F33, F34, HT34, HT44, TT54, TT74 and other products are exported to all over the world.

WTC strictly monitors the products quality, from raw material procurement to process molding, we strictly supervise every link. We use EN-6082 T6 aluminum alloy with good formability, weldability and high mechanical properties, which ensure better safety performance of our products.

In a number of tests, our classic product: HT44 medium-sized spigot truss's load-bearing test is the most representative test. WTC assembled and tested HT44, with the specification of 400x400, 6 meters in length, main wall thickness of 50x3 (mm), inclined pipe wall thickness of 25x3 (mm). WTC strictly complied with the test standards and passed the test.

During the test, the mold should be 3.752 tons under the 1.5 times safety factor standard. But we placed the product at test site and then applied 4.378 tons of mold on it as a load, which means it is 1.75 times safety factor. Measured by professional instruments, the test length of truss was 6 meters, before loading the distance from truss's midpoint to ground was 0.762m, during loading was 0.732m, after unloading was 0.756m, and the deflection was 16mm after test. The test result fully conforms to TÜV Mark's test standard of 1.75 times safety factor.
