5T Electric Lift System Plan

The 5T Electric Lift System from WTC, a professional truss manufacturer, is a lightweight self-climbing modular truss erection solution for small events, designed for lightweight roofing, small commercial performances and outdoor pop-up exhibitions. As a cost-effective option for truss wholesale, this system adopts self-climbing electric lift tower technology to realize section-by-section heightening of steel truss columns, completely eliminating dependence on large hoisting equipment. It delivers a rated load of 5 tons per column with a recommended working height of 16m. Columns are made of Q355B structural steel and beams are matched with aluminum alloy, balancing strength and portability. Equipped with a PLC synchronized control system with 0.1mm lifting accuracy, it enables rapid erection of small stages and light canopies for small-scale event projects.



We have tried to answer the most common questions.

What is the recommended erection height of the 5T system? Can it be erected beyond the recommended height?

Is a forklift mandatory for installing this system?

The 5T system has light dead weight, and forklift is optional. For sites with limited conditions, erection can be completed manually with small tools, flexibly adapting to various small event venues.

Does the 5-ton load per column include the weight of the roof?

The 5 tons per column is the rated static load, including the total weight of all mounted facilities such as roof, lighting and audio. Safety margin is recommended in actual use to avoid overload.

Can beam sizes be customized? What are the standard specifications?

Standard beams are available in 580×1010mm and 680×1200mm. Customized sizes according to event span are also supported to meet space design needs of different small events.

What application scenarios is this system suitable for?

It is widely used in lightweight erection scenarios such as small commercial performances, brand pop-ups, outdoor exhibitions, light sunshade canopies and small conference stages.
