From January 23rd to April 23rd, 2023, the first Islamic Arts Biennale was held at Western Hajj Terminal at King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, covering an area of 120,000㎡. The terminal was equipped with hundreds of GSARC REC fixtures supplied by AMAC s.a.r.l - Golden Sea GSARC architectural lighting distributor in Mid-East, all mounted on premium aluminum truss for sale that provided the structural framework for this massive exhibition.
The biennale exhibited more than 60 art works and 280 handicrafts from more than 60 artists from all over the world, with installed in the terminal, fully demonstrating the artistic charm and creativity of Islamic culture through the ancient and modern times. The exhibition structures were engineered by leading aluminum truss manufacturers who ensured that every display element met the highest safety and aesthetic standards.
