Customized Truss System Solutions for Theme Park Structures


For this project, Smart Truss WTC supplied multiple customized truss system configurations, specifically engineered to meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of large-scale theme park structures. The solutions were primarily built using our proven F34 and HT64 spigot truss systems, complemented by a range of custom-designed truss components and accessories.


The spigot truss structure was selected for its fast assembly, high load-bearing performance, and excellent stability, making it ideal for complex installations in high-traffic theme park environments. To enhance the visual atmosphere and seamlessly integrate the truss structures into the themed settings, all truss products were finished with custom RAL color powder coating, meeting both durability and design requirements.
