WTC proudly launches the brand-new motorized lifting truss system, specially engineered for section-by-section height extension of truss masts. It eliminates reliance on large hoisting equipment. Combined with motorized lifting and modular splicing, it delivers mast erection that is efficient, safe and cost-effective.

This product line covers multiple load ratings including 5 tonne, 15 tonne and 30 tonne to fit projects of all sizes. Among them, the 5-tonne and 15-tonne models serve as the primary options for lightweight through medium-to-large event setups.

The 5-tonne linear actuator system is an economical solution customized for small events and lightweight temporary roofing.

Lightweight Structure for Flexible Deployment

The main frame adopts a configurable composite structure: Q355B steel masts paired with either 6082 T6 aluminum alloy or steel components to balance load capacity and budget. Aluminum sections are preferred for light rigging to cut overall weight, while full steel upgrades are available for heavier payloads.

The main mast tube is 50×50×4 mm Q355B square hollow section (SHS). Each mast section measures 650×50×1000 mm with a unit weight of merely 37 kg. A single crew member can assist with transport and splicing, lowering on-site labor demands.

Precise Control & Stable Safety Performance

Fitted with a PLC synchronous control system that achieves synchronous accuracy of 0.1 mm, a lifting speed of 50 mm/s and an effective linear actuator stroke of 1100 mm.

It runs on industrial standard 3-phase AC 380 V 50 Hz power supply, compatible with power infrastructure at all kinds of event venues. A forklift attachment is available as an optional add-on to further reduce labor expenditure.

Designed for medium-to-large events and standard temporary roofing, the 15-tonne linear actuator system features fully upgraded load capacity and structural rigidity.

Reinforced Structure with Higher Load Bearing Capacity

Main mast tube upgraded to 60×60×4 mm square hollow section; each mast section sized 800×60×1000 mm, fabricated from high-strength Q355B structural steel.

Multiple cross beam options are provided: 580×1010 mm, 680×1200 mm and single-row 1500×80 mm profiles, with cross beam main tube dimension 80×80×6 mm.

Base dimension: 1760×1760×350 mm, featuring a larger supporting footprint for superior overall stability.

Multi-Scenario Adaptable All-in-One Design

The 15-tonne system supports flexible switching between standard and multi-purpose configurations, allowing interchangeable aluminum alloy beams and Q355B steel beams based on project demands.
