F44 is a heavy-duty square spigot aluminium truss. It is mainly made of EN AW-6082 T6 aviation aluminium alloy, with main tube of Φ50×2mm, brace tube of Φ25×3mm, and overall cross-section size of 400×400mm.
F44 straight truss provides multiple standard lengths from 0.25m to 5m, including 12 specifications: 0.25/0.5/0.75/1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5m. The maximum single length is 5m, which can be flexibly spliced to meet different span requirements.
The F44 series is equipped with various standard connectors, including angle corners, cube connection module (F44-MCB), and curved truss (F44-C), which can meet the construction needs of aluminum truss system with different shapes. All accessories adopt spigot connection for efficient assembly and disassembly.
F44 is a heavy-duty truss, widely used in large music festivals, national tours, stadium performances, large exhibition booths, LED screen hanging, line array rigging and other scenarios. It can be matched with lifting towers, electric hoists, base plates and other accessories to form a complete aluminum truss system.
F44 truss has passed ISO and CE safety certifications with excellent structural mechanical performance. Under 2m span, the distributed load can reach 1805kg per meter, and the point load at the center can reach 1805kg. Even at a large span of 16m, it can still bear 38kg distributed load per meter, meeting most heavy-duty rigging requirements.
