Main tubes and vice tubes adopt ultra-thick 100×100×8mm square pipes, X cross braces use 80×80×6mm pipes, with a net weight of 268kg per piece. The crossed X braces form a stable mechanical structure with excellent horizontal bending and torsion resistance. As a standard horizontal load-bearing unit for giant heavy-load truss systems, multiple pieces can be spliced to build standardized large-span beam frames with 2m modulus. All pipes are Q355B high-strength structural steel. Equipped with 8mm thick main tubes and X cross braces, it delivers far better tensile, compression and torsion resistance than standard light truss for 2m standard spans.
Main & vice tubes have 8mm wall thickness, braces have 6mm wall thickness, maximizing horizontal rigidity for 2m span while reasonably controlling unit weight.
We support large-volume truss wholesale with sufficient stock, custom sizes and black anti-rust coating are available on request.
