1. Premium Raw Materials: Build Solid Quality from the Source
We exclusively adopt high-performance 6082-T6 aluminum alloy as the primary structural material. It delivers ultimate tensile strength of 310–350 MPa and yield strength of 260–300 MPa, outperforming widely used 6061 and 6063 aluminum grades across the industry.
Every batch of aluminum extrusion undergoes dual incoming inspections for chemical composition and mechanical properties prior to warehousing. We strictly control precise concentrations of key elements including silicon, magnesium and manganese, fully blocking recycled and non-standard aluminum from entering production lines via strict pre-production screening.
Welding operations are shielded by high-purity argon (≥99.999%) paired with specialized ER5356 aluminum welding wire. This fundamental measure eliminates welding defects such as porosity, cracks and oxidation, maintaining consistent structural integrity of trusses through repeated assembly/disassembly and prolonged outdoor deployment.

2. Scientific Structural Design: Built-in Safety Margin Supported by Data
Safety is the core lifeline of stage truss systems. Our structural engineering team conducts full working condition simulations using professional finite element analysis software SAP2000 and ANSYS. The design safety factor is maintained within a range of 1.5–1.75 with ample built-in safety redundancy.
Wind loads are calculated per the 50-year return period standard for service regions, while snow and rain loads follow the 10-year return period specification. Our design also fully accounts for thermal stress and variable site conditions, with customized base reinforcement solutions automatically allocated for special scenarios such as soft ground foundations.
A golden width-to-height ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:1.75 is selected for cross-section profiles, matched with a truss and support column system validated via tens of thousands of load tests. This delivers uniform stress distribution and drastically improved overturn resistance.

3. Precision Manufacturing Craftsmanship: Quality Reflected in Every Detail
We operate a full-process welding quality control system. All welds comply with Grade B, the highest quality classification specified in GB/T 22087-2008. Critical welding imperfections including continuous undercut and weld bead buildup are prohibited. Finished weldments are regularly submitted to independent third-party authorities for radiographic non-destructive testing (NDT).
Our stringent production tolerances enforce strict precision for hole fabrication and linearity: adjacent hole pitch deviation within a single frame is controlled to ±0.7 mm maximum; beam straightness error of assembled trusses shall not exceed L/750. This enables seamless on-site assembly without on-site hole reaming or grinding, boosting rigging efficiency by over 30% and preventing uneven structural stress caused by assembly dimensional errors.

Zhigou Truss firmly believes there is an inherent correlation between pricing, long-term operational stability and maintenance costs. Every truss unit is attached with a unique traceability label recording welder ID, inspector ID and production date, enabling full-lifecycle traceability.
True value never equals rock-bottom pricing. It lies in our unwavering safety commitment to every live event, long-lasting product durability and hassle-free, efficient deployment experience. This forms the irreplaceable core competitiveness of Zhigou Truss.
